By selecting this option, you guarantee that the Curriculum Vitae and the provided data are completely truthful and give your unequivocal and specific consent for their processing and for their transfer to partner companies of Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellós II, A.I.E. (hereinafter ANAV), with the purpose of addressing your professional offer and carrying out the selection processes.

The purpose of the processing is to maintain a database of professionals interested in participating in the selection processes conducted by ANAV.

LEGAL BASIS SUPPORTING THE PROCESSING

We inform you that the Curriculum Vitae and the data you provide, as well as those that may be generated as a result of participating in selection processes, will be processed by ANAV, as the Data Controller, with the legal basis being your consent. You have the right to withdraw the consent given, both for ANAV’s processing and for the transfer to ANAV’s partner selection companies, at any time by writing to the address indicated below.

RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data you provide will be kept in our database for a maximum period of one year if your application does not match the open selection process at that time, and for three years if it is included in a selection process. In this regard, once this period has elapsed, if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes carried out by ANAV, we kindly ask you to resubmit your curriculum vitae.

TRANSFERS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

No data transfers or international transfers are carried out.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Finally, we inform you that at any time, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose the processing, or delete your data, as well as, in certain circumstances, limit the processing and request data portability by sending a written communication to: Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellós II A.I.E., Human Resources Department, Personnel Service (SAP), P.O.
